CONTRACT

 

SERVICE CONTRACT WITH BICI4CITY

  1. Bici4city offers rentals of bicycles for tours of Seville as well as rental of MP3 players to be used as audio guide either as a package rental or separately.

    2.  

  2. The delivery and return of rental materials shall be done in the location of Bici4city within the hours of operation

  3. To ensure the availability, it’s advisable to make with sufficient advance the bike/s booking, by any of the methods that are available: www.bici4city.com, reservas@bici4city.com, Telephone (+34) 954 229 883 / / 954389383.

    4.  

  4. Clients must be 18 years or older to enter contract with Bici4city this must be documented by either Identity card (European Union) or valid passport (for others countries).

    5.  

  5. Fees for services shall be paid upon receipt of rental materials.  Furthermore a security deposit of 50€ for the rental materials shall be charged and will be returned upon receipt of rental materials in the same conditions.

    6.  

  6. If said material is not returned within contracted time, the renter shall be charged at the rate 1.50€ of increments of 1 hour as per rental amount charged.

    7.  

  7. Any modifications of any reservation must be made 48 hours in advance of reservation and according to availability of materials in stock.

    8.  

  8. The client is obliged to good use and care of the equipment rented, and must take the precautions and measures necessary to protect it from damage, loss or theft. If any of the above-mentioned situations happens during the time of rental, the client will assume immediately the whole costs, at the market price.

    9.  

  9. The client is obliged to use the locks and the materials properly. The costs of repairs or replacements of the rented material will be charged to the client.

    10.  

  10. Bici4city has contracted a civil liability insurance that covers any damage that might occur as a result of defects in the equipment rented.

  11. The client is responsible to respect and follow all Spanish traffic laws

    12.  

  12. Client data shall be used for the sole purpose of the services provided in this contract.

    13.  

  13. Any disputes to this contract shall be submitted to and fall under jurisdiction of the Tribunals of Seville. This contract is subject to Spanish Law.  In any case for the judicial execution of this contract and any other effects and with express to waive to the jurisdictions that correspond them, all parties shall abide by the Tribunals of Seville.
